Headspace: Mobile App

This app is free to download and is based on mindfulness and meditation.  When you are in the depths of depression, it is often very hard to sit and process your thoughts.  The 10 minute sessions help you to breathe and help you be in the here and now.  This takes a bit of practice, but you can also track your progress each day with your own progress chart.  You do not have to pay for sessions afterwards – you could just keep practicing your ‘take 10.’  Well recommended! 8/10
